摘要
目的：回顾湿性脂肪干细胞辅助自体颗粒脂肪注射填充移植术（湿性CAL）多量大体积注射填充移植术5年301例临床经验，研究总结其标准规范操作流程、临床技术指南、远期效果。方法：301例均采用湿性CAL，单次注射填充移植完成296例（98．3％），5例（1．7％）因体瘦颗粒脂肪量少于实际需要量30％～40％，需半年后二次注射填充移植完成。结果：随访1～5年，本组仅2例（0．7％）出现轻微并发症，自体颗粒脂肪移植成活率和远期效果均明显提高。结论：采用标准规范的湿性CAL临床操作流程和技术指南，能明显提高多量大体积颗粒脂肪移植成活率，并获得良好远期效果。
Objective To retrospective summary of 301 cases of clinical experience of wet mass autologous fat particles grafting with adipose stem cell-assisted injection.In our research,the standard operating procedures,technical guide and forward effectiveness were concluded. Methods In 301 cases,wet autologous adipose stem cells particle fat grafting are made.One stage injection were 296 cases （98.3%）. 5 patients （1.7%） Among them, the second injections were made for the lower survival （30%N40%）. Results For 1 to 5 years follow-up, all the cases got significantly improvements,only 2 cases （0.7%） had minor complications the survival rate of transplanted fat and Conclusion Follow-up of 1~5, our procedure can improve get a good long-term results
