脂肪组织源性干细胞在临床脂肪雕塑术中的指导意义 被引量：7

摘要 注射器法吸脂术与自体脂肪颗粒注射填充移植术临床亦称脂肪雕塑术,取材安全方便，供源充足丰富，容易获取，微创无痕，无排斥反应，无伦理学问题，可反复取材，减少术后瘢痕，受区外形满意，手感自然，无供区畸形并能同时获得吸脂减肥瘦身塑体事半功倍的效果，具有良好的组织免疫相容性。脂肪组织是一种新发现的内分泌组织，是现今整形美容外科领域较理想，最具发展潜力的良好的人体软组织填充材料叫。其中脂肪组织源性于细胞（adipose—derived stem cells，ADSCs）作为组织工程学的种子细胞有着非常重要的研究和应用价值。
