关节镜辅助下带线锚钉紧缩缝合髌骨内侧支持带治疗外伤性髌骨脱位

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下外侧支持带松解和带线锚钉紧缩缝合内侧支持带治疗髌骨脱位的临床效果。方法髌骨脱位患者50例，术前髌骨恐惧试验均为阳性，行关节镜下外侧支持带松解和带线锚钉紧缩缝合内侧支持带治疗。结果术后随访10-18个月，髌骨恐惧试验均转为阴性，术后IKDC评分（（89．2±4．3）分）、Lysholm评分（（91．6±2．7）分）均较手术前（（51．6±3．7）分，（60．5±4．2）分）明显提高（P均〈0，05）。结论关节镜下外侧支持带松解、带线锚钉紧缩缝合内侧支持带治疗外伤性髌骨脱位疗效确切。
