空心加压螺钉内固定治疗枢椎泪滴样骨折8例

摘要 枢椎泪滴样骨折是指枢椎椎体前下缘的骨折，这种骨折在颈椎损伤中比较少见，通常认为是由颈椎过伸性损伤造成，目前对于枢椎泪滴样骨折的治疗国内外学者仍然存在争议。我院脊柱外科自2006年5月-2010年3月采用空心加压螺钉内固定治疗枢椎泪滴样骨折8例，现报告如下。
