枢椎椎体骨折研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 枢椎（C2）椎体骨折在临床上并不少见，但文献报道不多，对其认识尚存在一定的争议。本文对其综述如下。 一、C2椎体骨折的定义 C2椎体骨折的名称较混乱，多被称为C2混合型骨折，或称为“非齿突非Hangman骨折（nonodontoid，nonhangman＇s fractures）”，某些个案报道将其称之为不典型创伤性C2滑脱（Hangman骨折）。
