摘要
在铝合金MIG焊接中,气流量的大小既影响着焊接质量,同时也影响焊接电参数。本文利用焊接参数采集与检测系统,采集了不同气流量时的焊接电流和电压,并利用数学统计分析和信号时域中的自相关分析方法,分析其电信号特征以及气流量大小对电信号的影响。结果发现:该检测系统可以定性检测焊接保护区域的气流量是否充足;焊接电流的自相关分析,可以直观地反映出焊接过程中电弧的稳定性。在一定范围内,焊接电流随着气流量的增加而增大,电压随着气流量的增加而减小。
The welding quality or parameters were interfered by the gas flow in aluminum MIG welding. The welding current and voltage under different gas flow states were collected with a welding parameter collecting and detection system. The effect of electrical signals and gas flow volume on the welding parameters were analyzed by special method. The results show that the system can qualitatively detect the adequate states of gas flow in welding protective area. The stability of welding-are can be directly reflected in welding process by welding current auto-correlation analysis. In a certain boundary, with the gas flow increasing, the welding current increases, but the voltage decreases.
