摘要
采用汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪对四种管道用纤维素焊条进行了实验研究,获取了焊接过程中电参数特征值;收集焊接飞溅物,测定了四种纤维素焊条的飞溅率;采用高速摄影研究了纤维素焊条焊接过程中飞溅的形式。论证了飞溅与焊接稳定性的关系,提出采用飞溅率表征焊接过程稳定性。在电参数特征变量严重多重相关的条件下,采用偏最小二乘回归理论,对实验数据进行了分析处理,建立了纤维素焊条焊接稳定性的评价模型。
Hanover analysator was used to study four cellulose electrodes,the statistical data of characteristic information for arc signal were accessed.The spatter was collected,the welding spatter rate for four cellulose electrodes was acquired.The model of spatter for the evaluation of cellulose electrode was studied by high speed photo.The spatter rate was used to represent the welding stability by analyzing the relationship between stability and welding spatter.Under the multiple serious related condition of statistical data of characteristic information for arc signal,the experimental data was processed by using partial least squares regression theory and the evaluation model of stability for the cellulose electrode were established.
