摘要
研究了在不同浇注温度和模具预热温度下,机械振动对H62黄铜凝固组织的影响。结果表明:机械振动对晶粒细化有着明显的效果,且随着浇注温度的提高,机械振动对晶粒的细化效果先提高,后降低;随着铸型预热温度的上升,凝固组织先细化后粗化,先由粗大的树枝晶转变为细小的等轴晶后又长大。
The effects of mechanic vibration on the solidified structure of H62 brass by changing casting temperature and mould temperature were investigated. The results show that the solidified structure of H62 brass can he improved significantly by mechanic vibration.With the increase of casting temperature, the solidified structures firstly refine, then coarsen. The effcet of refinement have the same change law with mould temperature increasing. The solidified structure changes fxom complete dendrite into fi'agrnented crystal, and then grows.
