摘要
利用斜坡振动浇注工艺制备了Al-4.5Cu-3Ce合金半固态坯料,研究了浇注温度、斜坡长度、振动幅度和振动电压对合金凝固组织的影响。实验表明这些参数对合金微观组织有重要的影响。在680℃,20cm斜坡长度以及振动幅度为2cm和振动电压为80V浇注时,合金组织为均匀、细小的近球状等轴晶组织,晶粒平均等积圆直径为28.1μm,晶粒形状因子为0.82。
AI-4.5Cu-3Ce alloy semi-solid slurry has been prepared by using slope vibration casting. The effects of the pouring temperature, slope length, vibration amplitude and vibration voltage on alloy solidification microstructure were researched. Experiments show that these parameters play a significant role on alloy microstructure. The uniform small equiaxed microstructure of Al-4.5Cu-3Ce alloy can be acquired by water-cooled copper mold casting at 680℃ with slope length of 20cm, vibration amplitude of 2cm and vibration voltage of 80V. Its average grain diameter is 2R 1 μm with .
