摘要
目的：探讨围手术期护理干预对于老年性白内障患者施行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术住院天数及费用的影响.方法：选择2011年11月~2012年8月在眼科中心行白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的486例老年白内障患者,在符合医学伦理学及临床护理规范的前提下,随机抽取90例作为干预组,抽取90例作为对照组,干预组患者实施临床护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理.记录住院天数、住院费用,运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析.所有数据用均数±标准差表示,采用t检验以及χ2检验,检查水准α=0.05.结果：干预组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用低于对照组,其分析结果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：围手术期护理干预应用于囊外晶体摘除加人工晶体植入术的老年性白内障患者,可缩短住院天数,降低医疗费用,具有临床推广价值.
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on perioperative period on hospitalization days and cost of patients with senile cataract, and who had undergone the extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Method We Chosed 486 ca- ses of senile cataract patients,whlch had been carried out extracapsular cataract extraction and intraccular lens implantation in the Depart- ment of Ophthalmology in our hospital,dating from November 2011 to August 2012. On the premise of medical ethics and clinical nursing standard,we randomly selected 90 cases as the experimental group,90 cases as control group. Intervention nursing was carried out on the patients in experimental group ,while patients in the control group received the routine nursing. Recorded the length of hospital stay and cost of hospltalization,and used SPSS 13.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis. All data was indicated hy the mean ~ standard de- viation,t test and X2 test was carried out,significant level was ct =0. 05. Results The average hospital stay and average hospital costs of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the results had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05） Condusion Nursing intervention in Perioperative period on senile cataract patients ,who have undergone the extmcapsular cataract extrac- tion and intmocular lens implantation,can shorten the hospitalization days,reduce medical costs, and deserves clinical application.
