摘要
目的对未婚异位妊娠腹腔镜围手术期139例患者护理干预,减少未婚女青年意外妊娠,指导早期诊断,提高护理急救意识及围手术期治愈成功率。方法对2005年1月-2008年9月139例未婚女青年诊断为异位妊娠,腹腔镜治疗围手术期进行护理干预措施。同患者进行一对一的心理疏导,建立良好的护患关系,并做医学知识宣教。结果实施围手术期心理疏导、护理干预后,效果满意,无1例并发症和死亡。均在3～5天痊愈出院。结论围手术期护理干预,可有效促进未婚患者异位妊娠手术后康复。
Objective 139 patients with ectopic pregnancy were given pavaopeative nursing intervention. The purpose of this study is to direct the early diagnosis of entopic pregnancy. Methods 139 unmarried ectopic pregnancy patients which were treated by laparoscope were given paraoperative nursing interven- tion. Between January 2005 and Septemtey 2008. Results Being given the nursing intervention. No patient occurs serious complications or died. And recovered in 3-5 days. Discus paraoperative nursing intervention is an effective way to improve the recovery of the unmarried patients with ectopic pregnancy.
