摘要
住院医师培训与临床医学专业学位研究生培养在培训目标等多方面存在一致性,且两种教育模式并存具有一定矛盾。构建住院医师培训与临床医学专业学位研究生教育联合培养模式,在学生选拔、课程互认、临床及科研能力培养等方面并轨,能有效提高医学资源的利用率。两者在衔接过程中还需卫生行政部门建立长效管理机制、解决执业医师考试问题等,以确保改革模式的顺利实施。
Resident training and postgraduate education of clinical medical professional degree share the same consistency in training objec- tive and many other aspects,but these two education models coexist with a certain contradiction. To construct a co - cultivation mode and unify the student selection, curriculum mutual recognition, clinical and research capacity - building and other aspects can improve the utilization of medical resources effectively. In the process of connecting, the health administrative department should establish a long - term management mechanism; solve the problem of medical license examination to ensure the smooth implementation of reform mode sure.
