摘要
分析北京市某医院施行总额预付制半年来门急诊指标的变化,总结医院在主动适应和推进总额预付改革中的精细化管理措施:规范诊疗行为,控制不合理费用,提高医保基金使用效率,减轻患者个人负担,提高就诊满意度等。今后应进一步通过完善管理来弥补总额预付制度的缺陷,结合谈判协商机制科学合理地确定付费标准,建立医院医保费用精细化管理的长效机制。
Analyzed the outpatient and emergency index changes during the first half year of total prepaid system implementation in a certain hospital in Beijing. Summarized the hospital fine management measures in how to fit and promote the total prepaid reform, and offered the follow- ing suggestions to improve the management further more : to make up for the deficiency of total prepaid system, combine negotiation mechanism to determine a scientific reasonable fee level, establish a long - term effective fine management mechanism of health care costs.
