摘要
摘要采用重结晶法制备高纯氟化氢铵.介绍了制备高纯氟化氢铵的工艺方法。经过论证计算,提出了氟化氢铵重结晶设备的相关设计和操作参数:用2台5m的带夹套的内衬聚四氟乙烯碳钢釜,搅拌为单层4折叶(45°)涡轮搅拌桨,桨叶直径1550mm、宽100mm,转速为85-100r/min,搅拌电机功率2.2kW。
This paper introduced the process method of high purity ammonium hydrogen fluoride prepared by recrystallization. Putted forward relevant design and operational parameters of ammonium hydrogen fluoride recrystallization equipment after demonstration calculation: 2 sets of 5 m3carbon steel kettle with jacketed and lined with PTFE, stirred with turbine impeller which had monolayer and 4 fold paddles(45 °), paddle diameter was 1 550 mm, paddle width was 100 mm, rotate speed was 85 ~ 100 r/min, stirring power was 2.2 kW.
