摘要
通过对碱回收黑液中有机物与无机物图形描述及分析,研究无机复盐碳酸钠矾对超浓结晶蒸发的影响,利用数学方法 (椭圆方程法)建立黑液固形物含量方程模型,并将其应用于实际生产,解决了国内碱回收超浓结晶蒸发过程中芒硝及碱灰加入点及加入量的问题,对碱回收结晶蒸发程序化操作具有重要意义。
Through the graphic description and analysis of organic and inorganic substances in black liquid, focusing on the influence of the inorganic double salt burkeite on the uhra strong evaporation crystallization, a black liquid solids content equation model was established by using mathematical methods (elliptic equation method), and applied to the practical production. The adding point and adding quantities of mirabilite and alkali ash in domestic alkali recovery ultra strong evaporation crystallization process were defined. It is of significance to the alkali recovery crystallization evaporation programming operation.
