摘要
目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后低视力的原因及预防方法。方法全部病人术前术后裂隙灯，眼底镜检查。用ＳＲＫＩＩ公式自动计算出人工晶状体度数，术后用标准对数视力表检测视力．用镜片矫正。结果术后２３１８眼中有１５３眼视力低于０．１２，占１５．２％。结论术前常规检查是预测术后视力的基本手段，术中熟练操作是防止术后低视力的关键之一，术后随访工作及正确选择手术适应症均很重要。
Objective Investigate the cause of decreased visual acuity after Emulcification and its preventing method. Method Look nits all the patients by a slif lamp and ophthalmoloscope before and after operation. Calculate mechanically the degrees of intraocular lens as against SRK formula. Examine the visual acuity from the standard table of vision logarithms and set it right by lens. Result Among 2318 eyes. there are 153 whose visual acuity is below 0. 12. making up 15. 2%. Conclusion The regular examination before operation is the essential means of forecasting visual acuity after operation .while great skill at the time of operating is one of the keys to preventing the decreased acuity. It is very important that consequential investigation after operation and select correctly the operating indications.
