摘要
目的探讨白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术后低视力的原因和预防方法。方法全部患者术前术后裂隙灯显微镜,眼底镜检查。用SRKⅡ公式自动计算出人工晶体度数,术后用标准对数视力表检测视力,用镜片矫正。结果术后425只眼中有29只眼视力低于0.12,占6.8%。结论术前常规检查是预测术后视力的基本手段,术中熟练操作是防止术后低视力的关键之一,正确掌握手术适应症很重要。
Objective To investigate the cause of decreased visual acuity after cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation and its preventing method. Methods All the patients were examined by a slit lamp and ophthalmoloseope before and after operation. The degrees of artificial lens were calculated automatically against SRK II formula. Visual acuity was examined by the standard table of vision logarithms and was set right by lens. Results Among 425 eyes, the visual acuity of 29 eyes was below 0. 12 （ 6. 8% ）. Conclusion The regular examination before operation is the essential means of forecasting visual acuity after operation,while perfect skill at the time of operating is one of the keys to preventing the decreased acuity. It is very important that we select correctly the operating indications.
