摘要
本文在一台改装的单颗粒冲击磨损试验机上测定了材料磨损的能量消耗,并提出以单位磨损量的能耗即比能耗来衡量耐磨性。还建立了磨损能耗的分析模型.指出,在凿削磨损条件下,材料的耐磨性主要决定于表面能耗(E表)和变形能耗(E变).对于奥氏体钢,E变是能量消耗的主要原因;而对于马氏体钢E表更为主要。
In this paper, the energy consumed in gouging abrasive wear process is measured on a single-particle impact abrasive wear test machine improved from an impact test machine and it is pointed out that wear resistance can be reflected by using the energy consumed to produce unit weight loss. An analysing model on the energy consumption is set up and it is deemed that wear resistance of a material depends mainly on surfacing energy consumption (Esurf. )and deforming energy consumption (Edef.). Edef.is more important to wear resistance of austenite steels, while Esurf .to martenitic steels.
