摘要
介绍了单颗粒凿削磨损测试系统的原理、结构、测试方法以及在镁合金表面电弧喷涂锌铝合金的表面质量的检测中的应用。试验通过对试样划痕形貌尺寸数据的测量和对单片机力学信号的采集来进行计算,从而来绘制多条比能耗对应磨损体积的关系曲线,从对凿削磨损的开始到结束的整个磨损过程的动态分析,为磨损机理研究提供更多的细节,通过测试数据的处理,继而确定获得具有最佳耐磨性能的喷涂工艺参数。
The principle, machinery, testing method of impact abrasive testing system are introduced. Based on this system, the surface quality of electric arc spraying zinc-aluminium samples are tested. Using the measurement and account of parameter, some relationship curves between specific energy and abrasion volume are obtained. Also, some dynamic analysis are acquired. From this method, more details are provided for investigation of abrasion mechanism. After dealing with the data, the best electric arc spraying technic parameters are obtained.
