加味解痉祛风汤联合西药对支气管哮喘患者疗效及呼出气一氧化氮的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Modified Jiejing Qufeng Decoction Combined with Salmeterol /Fluticasone Propionate on Bronchial Asthma Patients and Its Effect on Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide

摘要 目的:观察加味解痉祛风汤联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患者的临床疗效,以及对患者呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)水平的影响。方法:60例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),治疗组加味解痉祛风汤联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗,疗程4周;对照组单独使用沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗,疗程4周。对60例支气管哮喘患者治疗后哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),FENO水平进行相关性分析;比较两组治疗前后ACT评分、FEV1、FENO水平。结果:FENO水平与ACT评分之间存在负相关(P<0.01);两组治疗前后ACT评分,FEV1均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组的升高优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后FENO水平均有下降(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组的下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:FENO水平可以用于评估支气管哮喘的控制程度;加味解痉祛风汤联合沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期,具有良好的的临床疗效,能够降低FENO水平,控制气道炎症,值得临床推广和研究。 Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Jiejing Qufeng Decoction combined with Sa1metero1/F1uticasone Propio nate on bronchia1 asthma patients and its effect on fractiona1 exha1ed nitric oxide(FENO). Methods:60 bronchia1 asthma patients were random1y divided into treatment group (n = 30) and contro1 group (n = 30 ). Both groups were received Sa1metero1/F1utiea sone Propionate therapy, whi1e the treatment group added Modified Jiejing Qufeng Decoction. Before and after 4 weeks of treat ment, asthma contro1 test(ACT) score, forced expiratory vo1ume in one second( FEV1 ) , FENO 1eve1 were recorded and computed by corre1ation ana1ysis. Resu1ts:There was a negative corre1ation between FENO 1eve1 and ACT score (P 〈 0. 01 ). There were sig nificant differences in ACT score and FEV1 in both groups before and after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05) , of which the treatment Group was superior to that in the contro1 group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was descending trend in FENO 1eve1 in both groups before and after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ), of which the treatment Group was superior to that in the contro1 group ( P 〈 0. 09). Conc1usion : FENO 1eve1 may be used to eva1uate the contro1 degree of bronchia1 asthma patients. There was a good c1inic effect by treating bronchia1 asth ma patients of chronic persistent with Modified Jiejing Qufeng Decoction combined with Sa1metero1/F1uticasone Propionate. A1so its can reduce FENO 1eve1 and contro1 airway inf1ammation. This method is worth to popu1arize and further research.
