摘要
项目经理的胜任力是影响项目绩效的关键因素。在文献分析和专家研讨的基础上,结合中国情境,构建了建设工程项目经理胜任力的评价指标体系,将其胜任力分为四个维度:管理技能维、认知维、情商维和人格魅力维。在此基础上提出了一种基于支持向量机的胜任力评价模型,该模型具有自学习、自适应的能力,可以有效解决评价指标间非线性关联的问题。最后,算例表明该评价模型具有可靠性和有效性。
The project managers＇ competency is of vital importance to the success of project. This paper sets up a four di- mensional competency index system for construction managers through literature review and panel discussion, which are managerial skills, cognitive competence, emotional intelligence and personal charisma dimensions. Advanced statistics methods - support vector machine （SVM） is used to construct an evaluation system. Simulation example shows that the proposed method is effective, reliable and practical.
