搅拌棒萃取-液质联用法测定水中痕量烷基酚类化合物 被引量:4

Determination of Alkylphenols in Drinking Source Water by Stir Bar Sorptive Extraction-Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography Electrospray Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了测定水中痕量烷基酚类化合物的新方法。以聚二甲基硅烷(PDMS)为涂层的搅拌棒固相萃取技术富集水样中烷基酚类化合物,然后采用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用法测定。优化了萃取和解析条件。结果表明,在最佳条件下,4-tert-辛基酚、4-壬基酚及4-n-辛基酚3种目标化合物的检出限为1.0~1.6ng/L,实际水样加标回收率为81.4%~112%。该方法具有简便、快速、高效、绿色环保等优点。 An analytical method for simultaneous determination of three alkylphenols in water sample was developed. In this study, water samples were purified and concentrated by stir bar sorptive extraction and then analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC MS/MS). The detection limits for alkylphenols were in the range of 1.0 1.6 ng/L. The average recovery rates of real samples were in the range of 81. 4%-112%. This method was environment friendly, simple and sensitive.
