An Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry Method for the Determination of Alkylphenols in Surface Water

摘要 建立水体中痕量烷基酚的固相萃取-超高效液相色谱/串联质谱分析方法。结果表明,该方法可在6rain内完成烷基酚分析。4-tert-辛基酚、4-壬基酚及4-n-辛基酚的回收率分别为87.1%-103.5%、87.7%-93.5%、64.9%-88.6%;重复进样的变异系数分别为3.4%、2.8%、2.O%;检测限分别为0.1、0.05、0.05μg/L。 A quick and sensitive analytical method, using Solid Phase Extraction and UPLC/MS/MS, was determined to trace alkylphenols in surface water. It was determined that, the analysis of one sample needed only 6 min. The recoveries of 4-tert- octylphenol, 4-nonylphennl, and 4-octylphenol were 87.1% - 103.5%, 87.7% - 93.5%, and 64.9% - 88.6%, respectively. At the same time, the detection limits and area RSD of these alkylphenols were 0.1, 0.05, 0.05 g/L and 3.4%, 2.8%, 2.0%.
