摘要
针对模块化设计理论难以在工程机械上应用的问题,提出集成参数化技术的广义模块化设计方法。该方法拓展了模块化设计的应用领域,使其既能满足结构特征明显的产品模块化设计,又能满足无明显系列化区分、横向变型复杂的产品模块化设计。阐述了传统模块化设计的弊端,同时对广义模块化的设计原理、广义模块分类、广义产品平台、基于广义模块组合和基于广义产品平台的产品族规划进行研究。以岸桥的广义模块化设计和产品族规划为例,详细说明了广义模块化的设计原理和方法。
Generalized modular design method is proposed to solve the limitation on machinery engineer of traditional modular de sign. The application domains of modular design are extended because parametric design method has introduced into generalized modular design. The method can be applied for not only the modular design of products which have obvious structures but also mechanical products with complex work conditions ,whose structures are without distinct hierarchy and complex lateral variant. It expounds the malpractice of traditional modular design. The theory of generalized modular design, generalized product platform, product family planning based on combination of generalized modules and based on generalized product platform are systematical ly represented. At last, an example of generalized modular design and product family planning of quayside container crane is given to illustrate the theory and methodology of generalized modular design.
