摘要
在零件标准化和规范化基础上,采用事物特性表能够对零件族进行描述。在此基础上,通过关联事物特性表实现对产品族和部件族的表达。事物特性表的关联图及其关联蕴涵了各种设计关系和约束,能够实现自顶向下和自底向上相结合的产品快速设计。事物特性表约束设计人员的随意性,达到减少零部件种类和降低企业内部多样化的目标。本文首先基于面向对象的技术,对产品和部件层次的事物特性表及其关联进行建模。重点对事物特性表之间的关联约束进行表达,并在此基础上采用自顶向下和自底向上相结合的方式提出产品变型设计的过程。通过在一个部件事物特性表中派生一个新的部件实例对本文方法进行验证。
On the basis of standardization and normalization, a part family can be described by tabular layouts of article characteristics(SML). In this way, the product and component family can be modeled by dependency SML. The dependency graph (DG) for the SML and the relations between the DG contain various design relations and constraints. These ensure that rapid product design can be carried out with the bottom-up design and top-down. The SML technique achieves the objectives of reducing component varieties within an enterprise. Firstly, the product and component's SML and their relations were modeled by using object-oriented technology. Relational constraints among the SMLs were described. The variant design process was studied with the combination of the bottom-up and top-down design approach. The technique was verified by an instance in which one new component was derived from the SML of another.
