摘要
中国是渔业大国,资源十分丰富,但是相关的技术研究比较落后。对近年来国内外有关鱼胶原蛋白的提取方法进行了综述,讨论了这些提取方法的最新研究进展以及存在的问题,展望了今后的发展前景。
China with rich resources is a big fishery's country. However, corresponding technical research is relatively backward. The extraction processes of fish collagen all over the world in recent years are summarized. The latest research progress and the existed problems of these extraction processes are discussed, and the prospects in future research are made.
