摘要
临床路径作为优化医疗服务流程、控制医疗成本、提升医疗质量的管理工具,在医院管理中得到广泛应用。根据医院实际医疗情况及临床路径标准的住院流程,结合医院信息系统,探索设计医护人员可接受的临床路径信息系统,并探讨在当前信息化建设背景下,系统实施的可行性方案。
Clinical pathway was widely used in hospital management as management tool for optimization of medical service process,control of medical cost,and improvement of medical quality.According to the actual hospital medical care and hospitalization process with clinical path standard,combined with the hospital information system （HIS）,the clinical path information system was designed which could be accepted by medical staff.The feasibility of implementation of the system was discussed under the informatization construction background.
