摘要
临床路径信息化管理已成为当代医院管理的重要手段,绍兴市人民医院在临床路径实施过程中,创新管理运作模式,提出了一体化临床路径信息系统管理模式,并应用于临床取得了较好效果。认为信息化管理是一体化临床路径实施的基础,一体化临床路径管理模式能够优化流程,提高医护人员及患者的满意度,规范诊疗行为,提高医疗质量。
Clinical pathway informatization based management has become an important means of modern hospital management. Integrated clinical pathway management mode has been innovated in implementing clinical pathway in Shaoxing People＇s Hospital and has gained good effectiveness. Integrated information management is the bases of implementing clinical pathway. The integrated clinical pathway management mode can optimize process, promote patient＇s and medical staff＇s satisfaction, regulating treatment behavior and improve medical service quality.
