摘要
针对医学影像专业、临床检验专业实习生的实习时间,制定相应的带教方案是保证顺利完成学生实习任务的前提,严格的管理制度和高素质的带教老师队伍是顺利完成实习任务的保障,了解核医学科的特点,提高实习学生的学习兴趣和学习热情是顺利完成实习任务的关键。
According to the practice time of the trainee of the medical imaging specialty and medical laboratory specialty, making corresponding teaching plan is the precondition to complete the practice task smoothly. Strict management systems and high quality teachers are to guarantee the smooth completion of practice task. And the key to complete the task is to know the characteristics of the Nuclear medicine department and te heighten the trainee＇s interest and enthusiasm in study.
