摘要
目的探讨基于情境学习理论的肿瘤放射治疗学见习带教中的可能性及应用效果。方法选择齐齐哈尔医学院2021年10月—2022年1月在放疗科见习的2018级医学影像专业30名学生为观察组,2020年10月—2021年1月在放疗科见习的2017级医学影像专业30名学生为对照组。观察组采用情境模式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。教学结束后比较两组学生的理论和技能考核成绩,并采用调查问卷的方法评估本研究教学方法的效果。结果观察组的理论成绩和操作成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。情景教学法更受到学生的好评。结论肿瘤放射治疗临床见习教学中实施情境学习法,激发学生的学习热情,引发学生的情感体验,帮助学生在愉快的学习氛围中迅速而准确地掌握临床知识,为以后的学习及临床工作奠定基础。
Objective To explore the possibility and application effect of trainee teaching in tumor radiotherapy based on situational learning theory.Methods Thirty students from the 2018 medical imaging major who were apprentices in the radiotherapy department from October 2021 to January 2022 in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the observation group.30 students majoring in medical imaging in 2017 who were trainees in the radiotherapy department from October 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group.The observation group adopted the situational model teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the teaching,the theoretical and skill assessment scores of the two groups of students were compared,and a questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the teaching method in this study.Results The theoretical scores and operation performance scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The situational teaching method is more well received by students.Conclusion The situational learning method is implemented in the clinical practice teaching of tumor radiation therapy,which can stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,arouse students'emotional experience,help students quickly and accurately grasp clinical knowledge in a pleasant learning atmosphere,and lay a foundation for future study and clinical work.
