摘要
从土地信息系统面临的任务入手，介绍土地信息系统的特点及我国土地信息系统研制开发现状，指出国内现有土地信息系统的局限与不足，并提出了解决的办法与策略．
Based on the analysis of the tasks of this specific kind of GIS, the author, in this paper, introduces its properties and current R&D situation in our country, and suggests some methods and strategies to overcome the shortcomings in the existing system.
