摘要
利用系统工程理论、方法结合现代计算机技术进行土地利用总体规划。通过建立综合预测模型、线性规划模型、模糊综合评价模型、模糊识别模型、模糊聚类模型等模型进行土地利用总体规划工作，并且取得了较为满意的结果。研究中采纳了前人的一些成功经验并加以修改和应用。文中着重介绍了模型在土地利用总体规划中的应用。
To apply the theories and methods of System Engineering and m odern computer technology to the comprehensive arrangement of land exp loitation, some preliminary investigation and practice were conducted in our research. With comprehensive predictive model, linear planning model, fuzzy evaluation model, fuzzy recognition model etc., we have o btained fairly good results in the comprehensive arrangement of land e xploitation. This paper emphasizes on the applications of model in it.
