摘要 通过对莼菜引种栽培地雅安、名山、乐至、西昌和原产地雷波等田间试验及盆栽试验的调查、室内分析 ,发现莼菜生长与土壤及水质条件关系密切。莼菜最适宜于在微酸性、有机质和全氮含量高、氮素供应充足、土层深厚、表土结构良好、土体柔和、具有 30cm厚淤泥层的脱钙沼泽性或脱沼泽性潜育型水稻土上生长。石灰性、结构不良和表土坚硬的土壤 ,不适宜种植莼菜 ;水质清洁、水层厚度在 The close relationship between the conditions of soil and water quality and the growth of Water Shield(Brasenia schreberi J.F. Geml.) was found by the investigation and analyses of the field experiments and pot experiments in Yaan, Minshan, Xingdu, Lezhi, Xichang and Leibo counties. Leibo county is the original growth place and the others are all introduced places of the water shield. The best soil where the water shield is suitable to grow is the bog or no bog gley paddy soil, which has properties of light acidity, rich organic matter and total nitrogen, adequately nitrogen supply, deep and soft soil column, better structure of the surface layer, more than 30cm depth sludge lager. The soil, which has calcareous, bad, hard and not dispersed in water structure of the surface, is not suitable to plant water shield. It is the important condition for producing high yield and super water shield that there is clean and more than 30cm depth water.
