匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染的疗效 被引量：5

摘要 目的 研究匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染 （recurrent lower respiratory tract infection,RLRTI）的疗效.方法 选取 2011年 6月 ~2012年 6月本院收治的小儿反复下呼吸道感染患儿 90例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组 45例,两组患儿均给予抗感染治疗,研究组在此基础上加用匹多莫德,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 研究组总有效率84.4%明显高于对照组总有效率71.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义 （ P〈0.05）.结论 匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染具有较好的临床疗效,能明显改善患儿的临床症状.
