摘要
目的检测过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血清骨桥蛋白(OPN)、核转移因子(NF-κB)的含量并探讨其与氧化应激、细胞免疫功能的相关关系。方法 2014年1月-2017年1月本院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿78例作为观察组,同期在本院进行健康体检的小儿50例作为对照组。测定血清中OPN、NF-κB、氧化应激指标的含量及外周血中Th17/Treg细胞的比例。结果观察组患儿血清中OPN、NF-κB、晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及外周血中Th17/CD4^+T淋巴细胞的比例均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的含量以及外周血中Treg/CD4^+T淋巴细胞的比例低于对照组(P <0. 05)。Pearson检验发现,过敏性紫癜患儿血清OPN、NF-κB含量与氧化应激、细胞免疫功能直接相关。结论过敏性紫癜患儿血清OPN、NF-κB含量异常增加,且具体含量可客观反映患儿全身氧化应激及细胞免疫紊乱程度。
Objective To detect the serum levels of osteopontin（OPN） and NF-κB in allergic purpura children,and to study the correlation with oxidative stress,cellular immune function. Methods Seventy-eight cases of allergic purpura in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were chosen as observation group,50 healthy children undergoing physical examination were chosen as normal control group at the same period. Serum contents of OPN,NF-κB,oxidative stress indexes,Th17/Treg cell ratios in peripheral blood were measured. Results Serum contents of OPN,NF-κB,AOPP,MDA and Th17/CD4~＋T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）.Serum GSH-Px and Treg/CD4~＋T lymphocytes in peripheral blood were lower than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Pearson test showed that serum contents of OPN and NF-κB in allergic purpura children were directly related to oxidative stress and cellular immune function. Conclusion Serum contents of OPN and NF-κB in allergic purpura children increase abnormally,and the specific contents can objectively reflect the extent of systemic oxidative stress and cellular immune disturbance.
