＂Community of Practice＂ is put forward by Wenger and its origins and development are closely related to his working background. ＂Community of Practice＂ exerts an important influence on teachers＇ professional development, and it promotes equality among teachers, the improvement of teachers＇ ability of practice and reflection as well as the transformation from a new hand to a veteran.
