摘要 从当前高职教育师资力量的现状及其可持续发展需求出发,分析了校企合作及其模式的特点,结合高职师资力量培养要求的特殊性,提出了一种以校企合作为基础的"双师"师资实践能力培养的新模式。实践证明:通过校企合作方式培养高职"双师"师资力量是高职院校教师实践能力提高的成功对策,是高职教育人才培养质量的重要保证。 From the present situation and sustainable development needs of teachers on current higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the characteristics of cooperation between school and enterprise.Combined with the particularity requirements of higher vocational teachers training,it puts forward a new model of the cultivation of "Dual-Qualification" higher vocational school teachers based on the cooperation between school and enterprise.Practice proved:to train "Dual-Qualification" teachers through the school-enterprise cooperation method in higher vocational colleges is a successful countermeasure to improve the practice ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and an important guarantee of talent training quality in higher vocational education.
