芒果核仁化学成分定性鉴别的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对农作物废弃物芒果核仁的化学成分进行定性鉴别。方法采用化学成分系统预实验分析法对芒果核仁的水提液、乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行预实验。结果经过化学成分预试实验,初步推断芒果核仁中可能含有黄酮、生物碱、三萜及甾体、有机酸、氨基酸、香豆素等成分。结论芒果核仁中含有多种植物活性成分,值得进一步研究。 Objective Qualitative idengtification of the chemical composition of mango nucleolus.Methods Based on the chemical component preliminary test analysis on Mango nucleoli of the aqueous extract,alcohol extract,petroleumether extract of prediction test.Results After the chemical composition analysis of prediction test,We determine the initial mango nucleoli contains flavonoids、alkaloids、triterpenoid and steroids,organic acids、amino acids、coumarin and so on.Conclusion Mango nucleoli contains a variety of active ingredients of plant,which deserves further investigation.
