Machining Technology of a Large Diameter Three Dimensional Flow Rotor with Radial Pin Connection

摘要 分析了大直径三元流径向销联接转子的结构和加工难点,利用NX软件探索出三元流叶片建模的新方法,型面误差小,曲面质量好;利用有限元软件研究叶片展开技术,计算结果唯一,精度高;设计制造接长刀杆,避开叶轮的干涉,实现径向孔的加工。实践证明,该转子完全满足机组的正常运行,实现了国产化制造。 In order to manufacture a large diameter three dimensional flow rotor with radial pin connection, the structure and machining difficulties of the rotor are analyzed. New approach of three dimensional flow blade modeling is explored with NX software, results in small surface deviation and high surface quality. Blade development technique isstudied by using finite element software, the result is unique and the accuracy is high. Long bar of cutting tool without interferenceis designed and manufactured, with which the processing of radial hole is realized. Practice has proven that self-manufacturing rotor makes the unit running normally. Thus manufacturing technology of the rotor is mastered by our company.
