摘要
介绍了一种用三轴联动高速数控铣床加工复杂叶片的新方法.采用Unlgraphics软件建立模型,生成刀具轨迹模型图,进行后置处理,生成数控加工程序代码,并在线进行叶片加工.
A news method for manufacturing the complicated blades on the NC-milling machine with 3-axis control is introduced. Using Unlgraphics software for building the model, a tool's track model is formed, and then backgrounding is carried out. Finally the manufacturing code for NC processing is created and the machining for the blades is fulfilled on line.
