摘要
心理理论是目前解释阿斯伯格综合征社会交往障碍的主要理论之一。该领域研究主要有心理理论测试研究、与心理理论有关的大脑神经机制的研究、其他功能的研究以及心理理论技能干预四个方面,本文对这些研究的成果与不足进行了讨论,发现大多数研究证明阿斯伯格综合征者的心理理论存在缺损,同时心理理论与语言技能有显著的相关,与自我决定能力、推理能力、歧义辨析等其他功能没有显著相关;此外,相关研究在研究样本量小、被试与高功能自闭症者界限不明显、心理理论测试纯粹性不够、研究情境单一以及相关干预研究数量少等方面存在不足之处。
The theory of mind is one of the main theories explaining social interaction-based defects in As- perger syndrome, and relevant researches mainly involve the test based on the theory of mind, the brain mecha- nism, other body functions, and skills related to the intervention based on the theory of mind. The present study introduces relevant research outcomes and disadvantages, as well as the following findings: most researches prove that the theory of mind has its defects; the theory of mind has a significant correlation with language skills, but no significant correlation with the abilities in self-decision, reasoning, and ambiguity analysis; relevant researches have such defects as a limited number of samples, the unclear demarcations between respondents and high-func- tioning autistic persons, the insufficient purity of the test involving the theory of mind, the single research cont- ext, and a limited quantity of intervention researches.
