摘要
目的调查临床护士工作倦怠和总体幸福感现状并探讨其相关性。方法采用工作倦怠量表和总体幸福感量表对239名护士进行调查。结果护士工作倦怠总分为(56.53±11.85)分,整体处于中度倦怠水平;不同性别、婚姻状况、学历、护龄和科室护士的工作倦怠总分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。护士总体幸福感得分为(83.71±8.26)分,与女性常模得分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士工作倦怠总分与总体幸福感呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论护士工作倦怠发生率较高,总体幸福感与工作倦怠的发生相关,因此,改善护士工作倦怠状况可以有效提高护士总体幸福感。
Objective To investigate the status of job burnout and general well-being of nurses,and to analyze their relationship. Method Totally, 239 nurses were investigated by Maslach Burnout Inventory( MBI) and General Well-Being Scale( GWB). Results The scores of job burnout was( 56.53 ±11.85),which was at a moderate level. The related factors of job burnout were gender,marital status,educational background,nursing working years,and department( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). The score of general well-being was( 83. 71 ± 8. 26),which was similar with the national norm( P > 0. 05). Job burnout was negatively correlated with general well-being( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The incidence of job burnout among nurses is high. General well-being is related to job burnout. Therefore,improvement of nurses' job burnout can effectively improve their general well-being.
