摘要
目的应用失效模式与效应分析方法观察改进消化内镜清洗消毒流程的效果。方法通过失效模式与效应分析方法,对改进消化内镜清洗消毒处理流程的效果进行评估。结果发现消化内镜处理流程存在清洗不彻底、清洗流程不正确、器械处理不及时等高风险失效模式。经采取针对性的改进措施后,胃镜内腔消毒合格率由改进前的91.7%提高到100%;肠镜内腔消毒合格率由改进前的85.4%提高到98.9%。结论应用失效模式与效应分析方法,能发现问题,提出改进措施,取得显著效果。
Objective Using failure mode and effects analysis method to observe the effect for improvement of digestive endoscopy treatment processes. Methods By using failure mode and effects analysis to assess the improvement of digestive endoscopy treatment processes. Results Common high risk failure modes are found in digestive endoscopic treatment process such as incomplete cleaning, the cleaning process error, and untimely equipment processing. After take targeted improvements in the process, the qualified rate of the lumen of gastroscope and the lumen of colonoscopy were improved to 100% ,98.9% from 91.7% ,85.4% respectively. Conclusions By using the failure mode and effects analysis method, we find the problem, put forward the improvement measures and achieve significant effect.
