摘要
目的 :研究三胶生血胶囊对肾性贫血的治疗效果。方法 :临床治疗观察及运用 Co60 照射和环磷酰胺所致的造血功能损伤的动物模型观察三胶生血胶囊的生血作用。并与“养血饮”作对照比较。结果 :三胶生血胶囊对肾性贫血有明显的治疗作用 ,在对 4 6例肾性贫血的治疗过程中 ,总有效率为 80 .4 3% ,动物实验证明三胶生血胶囊对骨髓抑制的贫血有较好的生血作用 ,优于“养血饮”。结论 :三胶生血胶囊对肾性贫血有肯定的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effectiveness of Sanjiaoshengxue Capsule in the treatment of renal anemia and other anemias.Methods:Anemia animal models were made by Co 60 cadiation and cyclophosphamide so as to observe the therapeutic efectiveness of Sanjiaoshengxue Capsule with the control of Yangxueyin.Results:Out of 46 cases treated,significant therapeutic effectiveness was observed in the treatment of renal anemia by using Sanjiaoshengxue Capsule with the total effective rate of 80.43 %. Animal experiment showed that Sanjiaoshengxue Capsule had hematopoietic function in the bone marrow arrested cases and was better than Yangxueyin in the treatment of renal anemia.Conclusions:Sanjiaoshengxue Capsule was effective in the treatment of renal anemia. Operation can further activate human platelets.Therefore,prevention of platelet activation duringan an operation is an essential link in the treatment of thrombotic disease. kEY WORDS gastric cancer;platelet;glycoprotein;western blotNP,71 were male and 21 female.The common basic diseases were chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(33.7%),COPD(28.3%),malignant tumours(13.8%) and postoperation(13.8%).The main remote causes were associated with long-term usage of antibiotics,corticosteroid and immunosuppressive agents,trachea cannula of tracheotomy,usage of H 2-R-blocker or antiacid,intubation of nose and stomach.The longer the hospitalization,the higher the morbidity and the mortality was 29.3%.[Conclusions] There was high mortality of NP in the elderly.We must have comprehensive preventive measures to cope with the risk factors,including early diagnosis and early treatment.
