摘要
高压力热水泵的密封在国内应用较为广泛,密封形式较多,而其性能也不尽相同,压力超过5MPa以上的密封设计在很多时候都是一个较难的问题,高压热水泵密封的设计过程以及密封结构的分析,认为在采用合适的方案中,密封可以通过密封结构设计和辅助系统的应用,获得较好的使用效果。
There are many types of seals for high pressure hot water pump widely used in domestic.However,the performances are different and the seal design with pressure above 5MPa is a more difficult problem in many cases.Based on analyzing the design process and structure of seals for high pressure hot water pump,during the suitable schemes adopted,it is considered that the seals can be used more effectively by the seal structure design and the application of auxiliary system.
