摘要
在对国内外桦木科植物组织培养研究现状进行综述的基础上,从已有组织培养报道的桦木科植物的外植体种类、灭菌方法及污染控制、基本培养基类型及激素种类与配比等方面进行了分析;指出了桦木科组培中尚需解决的问题,以期能为桦木科植物高效组培体系的建立提供参考。
The present situation of tissue culture of Betulaceae was discussed. The explants types, sterilization methods and pollution control, the basic types of medium and hormone types and ratio in tissue culture of Betulaceae had been reported were analyzed. Moreover, the existing questions in tissue culture of Betulaceae were pointed out, in order to provide reference for the establishment of efficient tissue culture system of Betulaceae.
