摘要
提出一种基于网络拓扑分析，快速有效的启发式供电恢复新算法，并进行相应的软件开发作为配电管理系统（DMS）中分析应用功能的重要组成部分。实际应用结果表明，提出的算法是有效可行的。
： In this paper， a topology analysis based heuristic method is presented， and has been developed to a production grade software in DMS． Test results on realistic distribution network show that the algorithm is efficient and robust．
