The content of flesh in body and nutrient composition of \%Silurus soldatovi\% were determined. Compared with \%Silurus meridionalis\% and \%Sililusasotus\%, there is less flesh rate in the body of \%Silurus soldatovi\% than that of \%Silurus meridionalis\% and \%Silurus asotus\%, but the muscle of \%Silurus soldatovi\% is rich in amino acid and four kinds of delicious amino acid and essential amino acid of human being needed. The result illustrates that the fish has high nutritive and commercial value, and would provides scientific basis for developing compound feed.
