摘要
[目的]探讨腺苷三磷酸氯化镁的抗癌作用.[方法]在培养的人胃腺癌细胞的培养液中,加入 腺苷三磷酸氯化镁作用数天之后,用电子显微镜观察癌细胞超微结构的变化.[结果]仅使用培养液时, 人胃腺癌细胞无变化;在腺苷三磷酸作用下,癌细胞的微绒毛变短,数目减少或消失,细胞表面光滑,附 着力增加,核仁逐渐规则化,出现纤维和颗粒状组成的中心和环状表型;在腺苷三磷酸氯化镁作用下,癌 细胞的微绒毛变得极短,数目显著减少或消失,癌细胞表面变得光滑,核仁逐渐规则化,微管增多,从中 央向边缘延伸,微丝束增加。
OBJECTIVE To probe into the anticancer function of adenosine triphosphate magnesium chloride (ATMC). METHODS In the culture solution of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells added by the ATMC for several days, the ultrastructure of cancer cells was observed by electrical microscope. RESULTS The human gastric adenocarcinoma cells had no structure changes in control group. In the group of adenosine triphosphate, the microvili of cancer cells were changed to short and reduced or disappeared, and some cells surface became velvet, and the adhesive force was increased, and the nucleon were gradually regularized and appeared the central and circular phenotype composed of fibrous and granular form. In the group of ATMC, the microvili of cancer cells were changed to very short and obviously reduced or disappeared, and the nucleon were gradually regularized, and some cells surface became velvet, and the nucleon were regularized, the microtubule became manifold and extended from center to edge and arranged in crisscross network all over in the cells. CONCL USION The ATMC has anticancer function.
