摘要
目的:观察野菜马齿苋的保健功效,为开发以之为原料的保健品提供依据。方法:以马齿苋提取液予老龄BALB/C小鼠灌胃45天后测定与抗氧化延缓衰老及美容有关的生化指标。结果:马齿苋提取液能使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著增强(p<0.05或0.01);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(p<0.01);心肌脂褐素明显减少(p<0.05);肝脏过氧化脂质(LPO)明显降低(p<0.05或0.01)。结论:马齿苋提取液具有较明显有抗氧化延缓衰老和润肤美容的功效。
The BABLB/C strain mice of senility were irrigated the succus from sto(?) picked up from purslane. The determination of biochemical targets can be made delaying senility and beautifying one' s face etc. Succus of purslane could sit dismutase (SOD) activity in liver, brain, and testicle of expermental mouse (P remarkably increase glutathione peroxidase (GSH - Px) activity and catalase (CA < 0.01); and could obviously reduce myocardial lipofuscin content (P < 0.05) contents in liver and testicle of BALB/C mouse (P<0.05). The results sugges a certain function of anti - oxidation and delaying senility, and a certain efficacy one's face.
